Every Razorback Has a Beginning
Some of the most meaningful journeys begin with a simple desire to make a difference.
For Jada French, that journey started right here in the Texarkana Arkansas School District. After serving students as a paraprofessional, she discovered firsthand the impact that encouragement, patience, and consistency can have on a child's confidence and success. Those experiences inspired her to take the next step in her career—becoming a certified classroom teacher.
This fall, Jada begins her first year as a Second Grade Teacher at Kilpatrick Academy of Public Service, bringing with her a deep understanding of the students and community she has already served.
Inspired to Make a Difference
Jada's decision to become a teacher grew from the relationships she built while working alongside students every day.
"I was inspired to become a teacher through my experience working closely with students. Seeing their growth, curiosity, and resilience each day showed me the powerful impact that encouragement and consistency can have. I wanted the opportunity to make an even greater difference by creating a classroom where every child feels supported, challenged, and inspired to reach their full potential."
She believes every student deserves a classroom where they feel valued, encouraged, and excited to learn, and she is committed to creating that environment for every child who walks through her door.
